By using AfterWurk, your company agrees to these terms. Please read them carefully — they're written in plain English.

1. What AfterWurk is

AfterWurk is a private employee bonding platform that helps companies build culture through after-work activities. Companies ("Customers") purchase access to the platform and invite their employees to use it. AfterWurk is operated by AfterWurk Inc., based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.

Your company owns all data generated by your employees on AfterWurk. We process this data on your behalf as a data processor. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.

8. Intellectual property

AfterWurk and all associated trademarks, logos, and platform code are owned by AfterWurk Inc. Customers retain ownership of their company name, logo, and any content their employees post on the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

AfterWurk is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

10. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, all employee data will be deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. International customers agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration or in the courts of Minnesota.

12. Changes to these terms

We'll notify company admins by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
